Brazil: Sao Paulo pt.7. Anime Friends

Welcome!

Today we were going to a Anime convention here in Sao Paulo. Nathy is not much into that and she was really tired from all the walking around yesterday, so she was going to spend time with our roommates from the hostel (like I said, really nice peeps).

Met Ayun again right besides the MASP and had a super breakfast with a big cheese omelet (and of course feijoada, never going to get a dish without feijoada). After eating we took the tube to, uhm, can’t remember the name of the station here. Anyways, we arrived at the “place” and we could just follow the trail of anime fans to the event ( y’know, cosplayers and such).

Must say I didn’t expect it to be this huge, it had different tents and a lot of different activities to do.  It was a blend of a music festival with Comic Con and Anime Con. Fun for the whole family! Yay!

We started the convention with a blast! Won some nice stuff right off the bat! Lot's of juicy drinks and a t-shirt :)

 All this sculpts were made by talented sculptors that were going to an art academy here in brazil. Showing their work here at the convention and actually looking at them sculpt live was just awesome.

And to end the evening. Consert with, yeah... different bands that were unknown to me.

Dunno how many hours we spent at the convention, but it was already dark when we left the place. Well, they were closing the place so we had to go, haha.

I must say, today was an awesome day on my awesome adventure. Gotta thank my awesome cousin for that.
